In this episode, Will reviews the big UK Accountex Manchester event with thoughts on the crowd, the exhibitors, the seminars, the hot topics and well attended sessions, the vibe, the differences with Accountex London and the traffic!

Vendors were happy with footfall and interest on the stands. Refreshments were well placed, as were the theatres. There is power in regional accounting and fintech shows. There is life up north in the UK.

Newer topics like talent attraction and retention, plus mental health and wellbeing were popular. MTD is still a hot topic. There are reasons why it has been deferred in the UK.
